flydubai, a Dubai-based carrier, will be resuming its seasonal summer routes to Antalya in Turkey, as well as adding Bodrum and Trabzon to its flight schedule between June and September. Jeyhun Efendi, Divisional Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and E-commerce at flydubai, expressed the airline's delight in expanding their seasonal summer network with the commencement of flights to Antalya.
Antalya, located along the coast of Turkey, is a picturesque destination that was once known as the gateway to the Turkish Riviera. Visitors to Antalya can enjoy exploring the historic Old Town, Kaleiçi, with its charming winding lanes lined with Ottoman-era houses. The city offers a blend of stunning coastlines and a rich historical heritage for tourists to delve into.
With the addition of Antalya to its network, flydubai now serves six destinations in Turkey, including Ankara, Bodrum, Istanbul Airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and Trabzon. The carrier's 2025 summer schedule will feature 11 unique seasonal routes, expanding travel options for passengers seeking to visit places like Al Alamein, Batumi, Corfu, Dubrovnik, Mykonos, Olbia, Santorini, and Tivat.
During the bustling summer season, flydubai plans to operate more than 50 weekly flights to Turkey, enabling passengers to explore the stunning Turkish coastlines and immerse themselves in the region's cultural and historical offerings. The airline will begin flights to Antalya International Airport from Dubai International Terminal 2 on June 5, providing a daily service.
