Hakim Ziyech Close to Departure from European Leagues

According to information from Turkish media, Moroccan footballer Hakim Ziyech is on the verge of completing his 21-year career in European leagues after receiving an offer to sign with the UAE's Abu Dhabi Professional Football League. The newspaper "Sport Turk" reported that the club An-Nasr is currently in negotiations with the Moroccan midfielder regarding a contract signing during the current transfer window.

The journal noted that Hakim Ziyech received the approval of Turkish club Galatasaray for negotiations with "Commander" in anticipation of a potential parting, especially considering that his place in the club's lineup is currently in question. At the same time, it has been found that support has been garnered from the 31-year-old footballer for this step, given that this includes the presence of Dutch coach Alfred Schreuder at the helm of the coaching staff of An-Nasr, who has previously worked with Moroccan players in teams Twente and Ajax in the Dutch league.

The newspaper highlighted that Hakim Ziyech's efforts will not primarily focus on leaving Galatasaray, indicating that the most likely option is the termination of the contract with the Turkish club by mutual agreement to open the door for his move to a new club. On the other hand, An-Nasr is striving to finalize a contract with a new foreign player following the announced departure of Moroccan footballer Adel Taarabt under mutual agreement.

Hakim Ziyech is one of the brightest Arab footballers of the last ten years in European leagues, where his name became noted against the backdrop of stars Mohamed Salah and Riyad Mahrez, when the Moroccan footballer joined the English club Chelsea, at a time when the Egyptian bomber played for Liverpool, while the Algerian star played for Manchester City.
