On Thursday, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the Foreign Minister, the Minister of Defense, and the Head of the Intelligence Agency of Turkey made a visit to Libya. This delegation, headed by Turkish ministers, visited Libya, where they met with the new Chairman of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Unity of Libya.
They discussed the prospects for further cooperation between the countries in various fields, including military cooperation, as well as the current situation in the Middle East and the Mediterranean region. After the meeting, the Turkish Foreign Minister stated: "Turkey will continue to support Libya in its efforts to ensure peace and stability in the country."
This visit of Turkish ministers to Libya is part of Turkey's strategy to strengthen relations with various countries in the region and promote its interests in North Africa and the Middle East.
