On the past Sunday in Doha, Turkey's Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan confirmed that his country is ready to accept "some" Palestinian prisoners.
The Turkish Foreign Minister stated: "We are ready to accept some Palestinian prisoners." Fidan expressed this position during a press conference following his visit to Qatar, where he discussed issues of regional stability and security.
This step, according to the minister, will allow Palestinian prisoners to once again be on their freedom and reunite with their families. Hakan Fidan also added that Turkey will continue to work in this direction, striving to ensure support for the Palestinian people.
