In the Turkish province of Tekirdağ, a teenager killed his mother and also inflicted knife wounds on four members of his family in a horrific family tragedy, in which the victims turned out to be helpless against the attack. The 17-year-old boy attacked his sleeping mother, killed her, and then inflicted knife wounds on his father, grandfather, grandmother, and uncle in a two-story house, where the rooms were connected to each other. Local media reported that preliminary information about the murderer indicates that he had psychological disorders, however, the investigation is still in its early stages. The teenage murderer began his rampage around three o'clock at night, which usually involved him attacking his victims one after the other, not giving them a chance to warn each other of danger or to defend themselves.
